Unfortunately, DMX is heading back to jail! He violated his probation after several failed drug test. The judge actually feels like DMX told "a great big lie" because he didn't abide by the terms of his bail.
After seeing the video below, the judge was even more convinced that DMX was on drugs.
I have a feeling the judge won't be so nice this time around.
