Charlie Sheen says he's not the only Hollywood star who has kept his HIV diagnosis a secret.
He says there are a number of celebrities who have yet to reveal -- and may never reveal -- their struggle with the disease.
"I know who they are," he says. "But I will take that to my grave."
He made his comments to 106.5 KISS-FM's "Kyle & Jackie O in the Morning."
But Sheen also rave about what he called "a miracle drug" that he takes to treat the virus.
"Here's the absolute freaking irony -- with the miracle drug that I'm on, the PRO-150, I am actually safer than most cats out there that profess to be on the tallest tree," he said.
Sheen, 51, was once television's highest paid actor, for his role on the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men."He left the show in 2011. Four years later, in an interview on NBC's "Today" show, Sheen revealed he was HIV positive.
