According to Oakland Police there was a man with a rifle in the area.
Shots were fired. CHP Oakland was calling it an "active shooter" situation.
Bishop O'Dowd High School in the area was on lockdown.
The shooter has been disarmed and arrested. The video below shows the man spray painting a penis on a car shortly before getting captured!!
