Talk about a good deed! This couple drove a man 600 miles who has been homeless to see his family.
It's not often that you have the opportunity to change someones life. So Jodi and Dawn Gieber did the unthinkable.
"People would say James was very angry. James was a mean person. He wasn't. James was just hungry," Dawn said. "He was cold. He was eating out of dumpsters. James just had no resources and my husband and I just fel that there was something we need to do to help him."
James who is homeless had been living on the streets of downtown Little Rock for the past 15-years. Dawn decided to have a conversation with James and find out how he ended up homeless.
James revealed that he did have family and that he lost contact with them. After a lot of calls, emails, and voice messages, they got a response for a family member and decided to take road trip so James could reconnect with his family!
