According to a source close to the couple, they have been separated for months. The couple did; however, release a joint statement:
"We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives. The enormous amount of love and respect that we have for each other will only increase as we move forward."
No word on what caused the couple to end things, but it nice to see that they are still on good terms.
