Head Coach Gerard Gallant Is Finalist For Jack Adams Award

Vegas Golden Knights head coach Gerard Gallant is one of three finalists for the Jack Adams Award. The award recognizes a coach that is "adjudged to have contributed the most to his team's success" and was first given at the end of the 1973-1974 NHL season. This is the second time that Coach Gallant has been a finalist for the Jack Adams Award.  The first was for the 2015-2016 season when he was head coach of the Florida Panthers.

This year's other two finalists are Jared Bednar, with the Colorado Avalanche, and Bruce Cassidy, with the Boston Bruins.

The Vegas Golden Knights start round 2 of the Stanley Cup playoffs tonight at 7pm at T-Mobile Arena.  Ticket information is available on the Golden Knights website.
