Judge says Parents of deceased Cadet can use Sperm to produce a child

This is something you do not hear every day.

A New York judge that two parents can use their deceased son's sperm to produce a surrogate grandchild. 21-year old Peter Zhu was a West Point cadet, who passed earlier this year. There was an accident that had taken place, and his parents knew that he had always wanted children.

This week the judge gave the parents permission to move forward with getting Peters sperm to produce a child.
