Dollar Loan Center Founder/CEO Chuck Brennan

Chuck Brennan has been a serial entrepreneur for as long as he can remember, starting businesses in junior high school and always trying to put a certain “Hugeness” into all his projects. He jumped headfirst into Corporate America while still in high school and mastered the art of the collection business via Citibank in Sioux Falls, SD.

At only 18 years old, his side hustle was managing bands to quench his love of rock music. One of the boldest moves Chuck made as an entrepreneur was opening the largest Rock Club in the State of Minnesota, The Blitz, at the age of 21, becoming the youngest person in Minnesota ever to get a liquor license.

In 1992 Chuck promoted his first KISS concert at the Sioux Falls arena and as a childhood dream of doing so, thought he was on top of the world. The very next year he found out how to make a small fortune in the music industry.....drum roll, you better start with a Large Fortune as you will lose all your money! Bankrupt. Next..... Mr.Brennan relocated to Nevada in1996 to take advantage of the incredible growth to jump back into the collection and finance industry. In 1998, he founded Dollar Loan Center and opened its first location in Las Vegas. He saw a growing need for access to capital for those not served by the banking sector. DLC quickly grew into an industry leader with over 100 locations. Pioneering lending online at dontbebroke.com has reduced brick and mortar presence to 60 locations.

In 2001, Mr. Brennan formed Clark County Collection Service, LLC (“CCCS”), a Nevada licensed debt collector. CCCS services unpaid debts from many different companies across all sectors of medical and retail. Mr. Brennan holds a collection agency Qualified Manager license with the state of Nevada, has been the licensed agency owner since its inception and held over 100 financial sector licenses in several states in his years of ownership. Chuck has also mastered brand alignment with professionals sport teams doing multi-year, multi-million dollar deals with the Vegas Golden Knights, Henderson Silver Knights, Las Vegas Raiders,Las Vegas Aviators, L.A. Angels, Anaheim Ducks, L.A. KISS, USC Football, the Las Vegas Bowl, NASCAR and the new Dollar Loan Center Arena opening in March of 2022.

This success has given Mr.Brennan the opportunity to help many others. He was an active member in the Entrepreneurs Organization for many years and has helped mentor up-and-coming entrepreneurs. He has also donated and helped raise millions of dollars for several charities in his communities, including the Three Square Food Bank, The Nature Conservancy, Boys & Girls Club, Opportunity Village, Henderson Little League, Clark County School District, Heaven Can Wait Animal Shelter, St. Jude, Candlelighters, and many other charities.
