I.A. talks Hawaii's Rap Scene, Bay Area Influence, Asians in Rap

Instagram has been the greatest tool that connects me with my guests. After interviewing Damnboy! back in January, I found myself diving into Hawaii's music scene and found I.A. who recently dropped his single "Zubland", and ode to his home on the islands.

I.A. is considered one of the OGs when it comes to Hawaii's rap scene. Teaming up with Keak Da Sneak several years ago, I.A. explains the Bay Area's influence on the islands, along with his take on their rap scene and the emergence of Asians in music.
