TikToker and food blogger Snejana Andreeve of The Modern Nonna says she created a salad recipe based on old articles she read that claim Jennifer Aniston’s “perfect salad” includes eight easy ingredients.
Those eight ingredients…and the recipe?
1 cup cooked bulgur wheat
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup chopped mint
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- Handful crumbled feta cheese
- Optional: Chickpeas
- Optional: Lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
In her video, which has over 1.6 million views so far, Andreeva recommends pairing the salad with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Aniston hasn’t commented on the recipe yet, but the ingredients do match up with an Instagram post by the star in 2015.
