Lately we are constantly hearing about the Great Resignation sweeping the nation, but are folks all over the country really leaving their jobs en masse? Well, according to a new report, there are some states seeing a greater amount of people resigning as compared to others.
- WalletHub has come out with a list of the states in 2022 with the highest job resignation rates.
- They looked at data of all 50 states and the District of Columbia, based on how frequently people are leaving their places of employment.
- Based on this, they determined that Alaska is the state where the most people are leaving their jobs.
- Overall Alaska saw a 5.20% resignation rate last month, and a 3.80% resignation rate over the past 12 months.

As for the state where the fewest folks are leaving their job, that would be New York, where only 2% of workers left their job in the last month, and only 1.83% left their gigs over the past 12 months.
