9 Easy Ways To Add A Little Self-Care Into Your Busy Holiday Season

The holidays are such a beautiful time of year, but let’s be honest, they can be stressful too. The good news is that there are easy ways that you can add a little (and much needed!) self-care into your busy holiday season.

  1. Create (and stick to) a calming morning and nighttime routine.
  2. Practice gratitude, such as writing in a gratitude journal.
  3. Make time for beauty rituals, like going for your nails or a wax.
  4. Find a quiet space and try meditating.
  5. Use the three-day rue with guests (yes, they only stay with you for three days!)
  6. Exercise, even if it’s just for five minutes.
  7. Put your phone on “do not disturb” even if only for an hour.
  8. Watch your caffeine intake and drinks lots of water or herbal tea.
  9. Do something nice for someone else every day, even if it’s just holding the door for someone.
