The holidays are such a beautiful time of year, but let’s be honest, they can be stressful too. The good news is that there are easy ways that you can add a little (and much needed!) self-care into your busy holiday season.
- Create (and stick to) a calming morning and nighttime routine.
- Practice gratitude, such as writing in a gratitude journal.
- Make time for beauty rituals, like going for your nails or a wax.
- Find a quiet space and try meditating.
- Use the three-day rue with guests (yes, they only stay with you for three days!)
- Exercise, even if it’s just for five minutes.
- Put your phone on “do not disturb” even if only for an hour.
- Watch your caffeine intake and drinks lots of water or herbal tea.
- Do something nice for someone else every day, even if it’s just holding the door for someone.
