Don’t have the cash to pay for that new grill, workout machine, or piece of wall art you’ve been drooling over on Amazon?
That’s cool – or, at least...it will soon be – as Amazon is set to announce a partnership with Affirm. That means you can “buy now and pay later” – even in their Amazon Go grocery stores. Shoppers will soon be allowed to break up their purchases of $50 or more, into monthly payments through Affirm.
Of course, Affirm makes their money through interest payments, so that should be expected, with rates ranging from 0%-30% and terms from three to forty-eight months. That final dollar amount will be shown at checkout, so there won’t be any surprises down the road when it comes to how much you really ended up paying.
