TMZ got the scoop first that Justin Beiber accidentally ran over a photographer last night while leaving a church service. In JB's defense... he is soo right that it's impossible to see anything while the lights are flashing!!
The photog published this video of him in the hospital later and thanked JB for being compassionate.
