YG will soon be the father of two daughters.
According to TMZ, the 29-year-old rapper and his baby mama Catelyn Sparks are expecting their second child together. Sources told the gossip site Catelyn is pregnant with a baby girl due this summer, sometime in July. The two are registered at a couple of baby registries, including Buy Buy Baby and Target.
YG and Catelyn's new addition will join their three-year-old daughter Harmony.
In August, the "Big Bank" rapper opened about how he balances life as a father and rapper. "I dedicated my life to this music sh*t back even before my daughter came into play. Itโs really for the best for all my people. So when Iโm gone, it be like, sh*t, Iโm doing what Iโm supposed to be doing, because if I wasnโt doing this, Iโd be at the house trying to figure out what the f**k to do so my people be straight," he told Vulture. "So itโs like, I be having that thought, but then I be having that in my head too. Like, Iโm doing the right sh*t, but Iโm gone, though โฆ Iโm around her, but I be gone a lot. But she lives with me. So I make sure I go the extra mile. I do the extra sht, a lot of times, just to make sure my daughter โฆ she knows who daddy is, she knows whatโs up.
